This Filter can handle the appearence of new targets to track, occlusions, contaminated observations, clutter without getting mixed.
  The base framework is based on Durrant-Whyte, with changes for generating the environment and for accommodate multiple tracking.
  To run just execute example_sim.m to generate the environment.
To track after environment set, just run_filt.m
