公司金融的高级内容都是以contract theory为基础的
内容应该是Tirole（2006）的Theory of Coporate Finance +  经典文献构成

Actually, this lecture note is NOT based on contract theory!
This reason I recommend this lecture notes is 1) it is well balanced between Theory and Empirical implementations. It is particularly useful for most Finance PhD/Masters, we will focus on empirical tests  2) It emphasize on investment and corporate governance, which are hot in current literature. (potentially linking to Zhang Lu's works, production market competition, role of media in governance etc. )

Thus, it is sharply different from Tirole, which is more for econ background and more theoretical
