从这份简历来看,拿到一个厦大的副教授是无论如何都没问题的,建议洪永淼老师和厦门大学的领导赶紧纠正。不论怎样,这么做会向市场发出一个很糟糕的信号,对厦大的进一步人才引进非常不利。从厦大现有的教授副教授的情况来看似乎达不到不care QJE这样的程度。离开厦大的林海当时发了几篇ssci很快评教授了,但和这位沈老师的发表还是有些差距的。如果连个副教授都不给,我看沈凯玲可以考虑走了,我想到北京上海的任何一所学校都能给个副教授吧!
