Logistic回归吧？

Ordinal regression if categories have meaning (0, 1, 2) or multinomial if they have not. Any of these using SPSS under Analyze --> Regression

How many categories have you? I see from Location that you have 15. All of these have meaning for you that is from your theory as categorical? If they have you are OK.
