CEPAR-Zhejiang University Workshop in Population Ageing: Opportunities for Young Researchers

The Institute for Population and Development at Zhejiang University, in collaboration with the ARC Centre of Excellence in Population Ageing Research (CEPAR), based at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Australia, is hosting a 2 day workshop on population ageing, to take place at Zhejiang University.
It is designed to engage young researchers interested in the issue of population ageing, and who have an interest in collaborating with international, and especially Australian, researchers. The workshop aims to investigate a broad range of issues, from time and money transfers among generations, government policy, intra-household allocation of resources, social security policy, mature labour force participation, health and aged formal and informal care, as well as demographics.
We are now requesting abstracts to be considered for the Workshop.Abstracts, of 500-1000 words, together with a brief CV of no more than 300 words (both in English) should be submitted to the contact person below by April 15. Successful applicants will be notified by April 25. The workshop program will be finalised by May 1, along with details of venue. Travel support and accommodations will be available for participants resident outside Hangzhou.
