1. 5-year-ahead-10-year forward rate, 是什么意思，其中的ahead是作何翻译
2.the instruments in all regressions are the latest realized deficit/GDP and debt/GDP ratios, 其中的realized 是何意思
   同样的sentence： I use the deficit/GDP or debt/GDP ratio realized 5years into the future as regressor
