在Strategy and Games（作者Dutta）书中，地116页作者总结道：“A mixed strategy is a best response if and only if every one of the pure strategies in its support is itself a best response.” （网上有相关ppt，如http://sisinflab.poliba.it/ragone/didattica/siw/GameTheory.pdf，第25页）

但是不是存在只考虑pure strategy的时候，不存在最佳应对，但是考虑mixed strategy之后存在最佳应对的情况吗？比如“zero-sum game”，pennies game。

请问作者那句话说的对吗？为什么？
