求教生存分析和R软件的大家们：在生存分析里，回归诊断部分，cox ph假设方面有最新的文献吗？特别是关于R语言实现的部分。再如，an empirical comparison of statistical tests for assessing the proportional hazards assumption of cox's model，这篇文献里有五种检验方法，有没有相应的R软件包可以实现出来呢？
