Why not apply Top B-Schools from both countries and see which one accept you as its student. Basically, both of their top B-Schools are your best choice.

Thanks for your reply. I have already thought about apply two counties,but maybe I don't have enough time and energy to do this. So I want  to make sure of which country is a better choice for me. And if I couldn't apply the B-schools which are good enough, I must to participate in the national postgraduate entrance examination. Of course I want to go abroad to study.But I have limited money that I must to let my money to be useful. I need a suggestion about how to choose the country and schools. Thank you all the same . I would not say top B-school in US is better than that in UK. But if not top one, I would prefer US.

"Limited money?"--I have no idea what it is about.
I think if you are really money-concerned of your study option. You better look for which b-school (but not country) can offer scholarship easier. For UK, sorry! don't think about it. But it's one-year intensive study mode should save your time and money if compared with studying in US. Therefore, if you are really time-constraint, you better look from the top school (or program) list in UK (RMB300K/Yr in total should be OK. Usually the close to London, the more expensive it is).

On the the hand, it usually takes two year for US master program. All top b-school are very very expensive, job opportunity is also limited. You better look into the "value for money" list to find the one suitable for you.  

My advice:
1) Study abroad is a kind of earning a new experience which is valuable for your career future. Stay in China to go for your master, you may learn a lot from the books and know lots of method to solve the academic problems. But if you want to have a chance to get some more new and develop a new perspective, goooooooooooooo!
2) You better go for two, even though the process would be quite demanded. But when talking about your study, it is worthwhile for your spend some more days to get better chance.
