精算师的真实困境！<br/>　　考国外的精算师：国内不承认资格，工作机会少，考完基础教育部分很难进的了行，考多没工作经验也没用！<br/>考国内的精算师：你考的到，现在保险公司的管理层也可以考到，他给个位你坐？而且中国精算师除了有个执业资格外还有什么吸引人的地方？学的到东西？<br/>考注册会计师等其它证：更多人考到了，中国注册会计师可以有一半人有机会执业么？ＡＣＣＡ那些你看它吹？赚培训费罢了！<br/>考研：读完出来人都很老了，而且研究生现在也扎成堆了！先富起来的人的子女成堆出国读了，学的如何先不说，文凭是有的，语言是滑溜的，他们回国父母的背景支持是有的！我拿个英语四级证去申请都收了我了！<br/>结论：如果你不是读书最厉害的人，接受读书无用论吧，乘早在社会上打爬机灵的可能找的到个暴富的机会！有个证，是在你工作过程中的需要，不是必然！我还是会继续考，但是绝对没有任何功利目的，甚至是有点献身精神！工作要干什么干什么去！<br/>自己已经停考SOA一年了<br/>在我前年投了份简历到XX人寿XX分公司后过了有四五个月后他们通知我去面试，而他们的要求好象是至少过两门SOA考试吧（时间长了，具体我都不太记得了）。面试结果大家都应该知道了，就不说了<br/>尔后在我去年回学校办公务员政审手续时，我的一个同班同学（本科精算班）说他现在转入了XX人寿XX分公司的精算部，这让我诧异不已。因为我知道我同学原来是在XX人寿XX分公司下的子公司里做人力资源部里上班的，而且与他同班四年我从来没发现他在精算或统计这个专业领域上有任何的出众之处，对于他的数理方面的知识我也不想评论了。后来跟他详谈后了解到的是XX人寿XX分公司里很需要一个精算的人，然后精算部就从内部员工里找到他这个是精算专业毕业的，所以就要了他。而且从他口中得知的精算日常工作就是用EXCEL按照总部的精算师给出的公式与计算方法算一下就行了，他说，至于什么开发的事根本就用不了他，有总部的一两个精算师就可以搞定了。还好我那时已经考取了公务员，不然的话我真的不知道如何接受他所说的事实。<br/>我对于FSA这三个字母已经不会象以前见到它们那时会两眼发光，现在我只把他当作三个最普通不过的字母组合，又或者我会按着拼音来读“佛-司-啊”<br/>那一年李海东二十七岁，已经结婚，与妻子住在一间很小的屋子里。“想想每天晚上十二点坐在床前用烫衣板看书的日子就后怕。而且亮着灯我太太就容易失眠，但我却必须准备考试，这点特别让我受不了。所以如果重新来过的话，我决不会再报考。”<br/><br/>　　李海东考精算师用了四年。在这四年的时间中，除掉工作，就是看书和睡觉。每天晚上下班后，他至少要看四个小时的书，星期六和星期天则要看十几个小时的书，连中秋这样的节日也不例外。<br/><br/>不夸张地说，我看的书摞起来有我人这样高。<br/><br/>我想曾经考过SOA的人对这些都会深有体会的，我也不想再多说了，只是把原文强调一下让大家牢记吧<br/>但是当鲤鱼真正跃过了龙门，实际情况却并没有想象中的乐观。虽然有保监会的要求，每个保险公司必须有一个精算师，但保险公司有总公司，同时还有分散在各地的很多分公司，许多公司认为只要总公司有一个精算师就行了，不愿意出高价多聘请精算师。这样即使中国加入WTO以后，有上百家保险公司存在，所需要的精算师人数也不过两三百人，精算师的市场需求并不大。<br/><br/>而这句话就是现状和当今的保险公司的鼠目寸光，我不是考精算师没前途，只是这个前途要到什么时候才能来临。<font color="#e70861" size="3">我想现在有很多考精算的人是因为看到了N年前的一篇文章说中国大陆的精算师市场有5000人，并且精算师是金领而考精算的，但我想给那些头脑发热的人泼下冷水：你考精算师未必能够考过，即使考过也未必能够找到精算工作，就算你拿到了FSA而且你也在做精算工作，你的工资待遇也未必好。</font>最后引用一下MOBSNOW的话：<br/>有个证，是在你工作过程中的需要，不是必然！我还是会继续考，但是绝对没有任何功利目的，甚至是有点献身精神！工作要干什么干什么去！<br/><br/>对于精算考试，我以后有可能还会继续考，但我也不会带有任何功利目的，只能以实现大学里形成的理想而考。我现在是个公务员，工资福利各方面的条件都不错，三五年内供车供楼是没问题的，考了个FSA和做精算不知道是何年何月的事，而且工资待遇未必很好。说这句话<font color="#ff0066">我已经变成了个很现实的人，完全不是在大三大四那时一到晚上睡觉前都会做梦自己在两三后成为FSA并且还拿着百万的年薪的娃子了。<br/></font>说了那么多风凉话了，真不该！！<br/>最后祝继续考精算的精友们精路上一帆风顺作为补偿吧<br/>[<br/><br/>李海东绝对算是精算行业的既得利益者了，他是中国第三个考取FSA的牛人！<br/>精算需求总量是非常小的，我想就是几百人，而且从现在起是每年释放一点！<br/>我估计每年有三个左右ASA(IOA)毕业（不算中精），我看市场都消化不了！<br/>其它的人只有course1-4就更难了，的确有人四门进精算部，但是除开背景因素，只是很好的运气罢了！<br/>所以，我现在完全把精算当成一种学习，不是谋生！<br/>考FSA还是可以学到东西的，但是考它吃饭就不实际了！除非你很牛嗄！<br/>对精算，我只有希望一些会计师事务所有精算咨询业务叫我去搞下了！<br/>后来者戒！<br/>
