Hi buddy, let me exchange my understanding about writing with you. :)

In my eyes, writing is like constructing a building, meaning to design your structure first. Foundation,   supportive walls, and roof.  You'd better tell us what you want to convince, why you wanna tell us and your evidence to support your point.

The sequence is critical,  Like story telling.  Why we enjoy Hollywood movie?  One of the reasons is it always draw our attention from the very beginning. So, you'd better know what your reader wants.

The last but not least, write as many as possible. Believe it or not, the more your write, the more you wanna write. Try to write a email to your girl friend or your wife daily.
I believe, one year later, you will be surprise to find out how good you are at writing.
