Hello Group,

HLM appears to handle missing data very well. I just wonder how to deal with missing data on the dependent variable in a repeated measures design using a random intercept model?

I would like to address the missing data on the dependent variable (10% missing at baseline, 17% at 3-month, and 17% at 6-month) and run the model with the dependent variable including missing data and run the model without the missing data  and compare the findings.
