市场导向的绿色低碳发展国际研讨会征文启事

经济研究杂志官网连接：http://www.erj.cn/cn/NewsInfo.aspx?m=20100913103649077578&n=2014040411445418071020世纪90年代以来，联合国ZF间气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）发布的数份全球气候评估报告向人类警示了气温升高的危险，并提出“新的、更坚实的证据”表明，全球气候变暖极大可能是由人类活动导致，而且这种全球变暖对自然系统和社会经济产生了深刻的影响。遏制全球气候暖化，削减二氧碳排放量，已经成为21世纪世界各国的共识。各国都在积极为碳减排的责任和目标寻求途径和方法。发展绿色经济、促进低碳转型已成为世界经济发展的大趋势。在这一背景下，由中国社会科学院经济研究所、《经济研究》编辑部、湖北经济学院、日本名古屋大学国际经济政策研究中心等单位主办，由碳排放权交易湖北省协同创新中心（培育）、湖北经济学院环境资源与国际贸易学院等单位承办的“市场导向的绿色低碳发展国际研讨会”将于2014年9月13日在湖北经济学院召开。本次研讨会将采用大会主题报告与分组专题报告相结合的形式，并邀请国际上知名学者与国内学者共聚一堂，开展热烈讨论。现面向海内外广大学者征文。

      写作体例：征文请参照《经济研究》体例以中文写作，符合国际学术规范，且尚未被学术期刊发表或接受；并请将作者的相关信息（姓名、工作单位、通讯地址、联系电话、Email等）完整地列于与正文独立的首页。
      征文提交：请于2014年7月20日前将征文电子版（Microsoft Word格式）发送到dtzx_hbue@163.com，并在邮件主题处标注“市场导向的绿色低碳发展国际研讨会”字样。
      主办方将组织专家对征文进行评审，其中的优秀论文将被推荐直接进入《经济研究》匿名审稿程序。论文入选及正式参会通知将于2014年8月10日前向作者发出。
      本次研讨会不收取会务费；会议期间用餐由主办方统一安排；参会人员的交通费、住宿费自理。

The call for papers about the international symposium on the Market-oriented green and low-carbon development

(The first round)

Since 1990s, IPCC has released many assessment reports about the global climate, which warned human the dangerous about the rising temperatures. It also put forward a new and solid evidence to show that global warming is most likely caused by human’s activities. Beside it has a great impact on the natural system and social economy.

In the 21 century, all the countries in the world have reached a consensus to curb the global warming and to cut the emissions of the carbon dioxide. For the responsibility, the goal of the carbon emission reduction, all the countries are positive to seek the methods and the ways. Nowadays, to develop the green economy and to move the world toward a low-carbon economy has become a big trend.

In this context, the international symposium on the Market-oriented green and low-carbon development will be held in Hubei University of Economics on September 13, 2014. It will be host by the Hubei University of Economics, the University of Nagoya economic policy research center, the "Economic Research" magazine and other units .On the time, it will be undertaken by the center of Hubei Cooperative Innovation For Emissions Trading System, the school of Environmental Resources And International Trade and other units. The seminar will adopt the form of combining the theme of the Conference Report and the Grouping report, which will invite international scholars and domestic scholars to gather together and there will start a heated discussion. Now, the call for papers is facing to the scholars at home and abroad.

Essay topic (but not limited to it):

Writing style:

Please refer to the "Economic research" and use Chinese or English to write. It must conform to the rules of the international academic and hasn’t been published or accepted by the academic journal. Please remember that sending the writer’s information to the first paper independent such as the name, the work unit, the address, the telephone number, the e-mail and so on.

To submit the essay:

Please send the electronic edition essay (The format is Microsoft Word ) to the dtzx_hbue@163.com before 20 July 2014.And what you should write on paper is the international symposium on the Market-oriented green and low-carbon development on the subject of the e-mail.

The organizers will organize experts to evaluate the assay. And the paper which is selected will be in the website of the "Economic research" • The database of the Economic Research Forum Conference on the website of the economics academic resources in china. The Excellent essaies will be directly promoted to the "economic research" and to be reviewed anonymous. Meanwhile, the notice that when essaies will be chosen, the formal meeting will be held will be informed before 10 August 2014. During the meeting, the eating will be free and it all will be arranged by the organizers. But the fees of transportation and accommodation need to be spent by yourself.
