I am a Ph.D. student of Marketing in the University of Texas. Actually, you do not have to earn master degree before you enter Ph.D. program, but they prefer those people with master degree. If you have strong research background and topics, you can convince school. In some cases, schools require students to take master courses before being  Ph.D. students. To sum up, it depends.

其实是不需要硕士的。。。。不过硕士是个很好的过渡，国内外差异还是满大的

学化学的数学应该不错吧 ,国外金融是现代金融而不是国内的传统金融,就是什么风险管理,套期保值,什么的,还要看你本科学校是什么样子

正常情况申请美国的学校都是直接申请攻读博士的　不是申请读硕士然后再申请读博士

中国或者其他国家的学生申请去美国念博士都是要５年的　不管你是本科还是硕士毕业　去美国念博士基本都要５年时间

The most important is to figure out what you want in the end of the acdamic course. If you want to be a professor in college, PHD is prfered. Also when you finish the PHD it is easier for you to find a job in investing banking as an analyst.
