I suggest you solve the problem with finance common sense:
you use and you pay.
Since the fund has been used four years ago, somebody has to pay for it.

谢谢你的回答，我还是有点不明白。1，“从毕业开始计息”，那么在他大学四年里计息虽符合金融常识但是合同规定不计息；2我的原帖可能表述有误，开始还贷的起始金额为40000，在10年的还贷期限内还是以5%计息的。
我计算出来的PMT为5180.18。
