I guess your data is in "text" format. So make sure your data is number first.


Select thoese data,  right click your mouse, find and click "Format Cells", choose "Number", choose "Number" in Category list.

你说得对，刚从数据库下下来的数据确实是文本型的。使用excel函数后，单元格中返回的是该函数的公式。于是我在“设置单元格格式”中，将其改为“常规”，就出现前面所说的错误结果了。改为“数值”的结果也一样。我该怎么做啊？

好不容易找到了数据，又遇到这样让人头疼的事，太郁闷了！

Make sure you type the right thing. =SUM(A1:A3). Don't forget the "="sign and it  makes excel know the current cell is a function.
You may try Minitab, which is not such picky for data format.
You may aslo attach some sample data file here and it may help us to identify the problem.

你这种情况我没遇到过。不过我认为你这问题很容易处理：用Excel 导入，再导入时只要你数据分隔的标符（如固定宽度、逗号、顿号、空隔、制表符等等）

你放一些数据上来，大家帮你看看，可能会找到解决办法。
