请教做过MOCK 1的朋友，财务的那题 Macro 为什么要被认为是available for sale？
“Macro has a majority holder that exerciese control over Marco's operation” - 不能代表ACI没有significant influence吧（equity method)
而且，不是只要满足20%-50%或者有significant influence就用equity method的吗？（ownership of 25%)
另外，对于columbus,不是应该用consolidation吗？怎么答案里用的proportional consolidation.

study notes里面有列出以下几条不可以使用equity method，即使shareholding percentage 大于20％：
1, the parent has no influence over the affiliate company due to pending litigation;
2, the parent cannot vote;
3, A majority shareholder controls the affiliate company;
4, the parent is short of seat in the board of affiliate company.
原话记不住了，差不多就是这个意思。
所以我觉得这道题的考点就是在考以上的第3种不可使用equity method的情况
