按语：自2005年正式立项以来，上海财经大学“经济学创新平台”建设项目秉持“注重存量、开拓增量、全面创新、打造一流”的建设方针，围绕“打造一流师资、加强学术研究、全方位教学改革、狠抓学风教风、严化教师考核、规范行政管理”等六大核心工作，全面实施了具有历史性意义的体制内的经济学教育改革系统工程。
需要指出的是，“经济学创新平台”不仅仅是引进了一批海归教师，还包括带动存量教师的共同发展，不仅仅是经济学院这个试验田的单独发展，还包括统计系、金融学院、国际工商管理学院、公共经济与管理学院、会计学院等财经院系的共同发展，从近年来平台教师在国际知名期刊、国内权威期刊的论文发表（根据国际惯例，包括已接受发表的论文）情况可以看出，示范带动效应是十分明显的。
初步统计，2005年以来平台教师在国际知名期刊发文141篇（97篇署名财大，作者名后加* 表示），其中全职海归教师（常任轨教职）发表90篇（58篇署名财大），存量教师（非常任轨教师）发表22篇（18篇署名财大），特聘教授/荣誉教授发表9篇（全部署名财大，没有署名的没有计入），五位实聘海归院长发表20篇（12篇署名财大）；按照院系划分，经济学院教师发表79篇（62篇署名财大），统计系教师发表36篇（18篇署名财大），金融学院教师发表6篇（6篇署名财大），国际工商管理学院教师发表8篇（2篇署名财大），公共经济与管理学院教师发表10篇（6篇署名财大），会计学院教师发表3篇（3篇署名财大）；此外，在国内权威期刊发文41篇。

我随机抽了一篇AER的文章（非常牛的杂志啦）----“黄明* Ming Huang Stocks as Lotteries: The Implications of Probability Weighting for Security Prices， American Economic Review, forthcoming 金融学院”
稍微找了一下，发现黄明是Cornell大学的牛教授 (http://www.johnson.cornell.edu/faculty/profiles/Huang/),这篇文章看来将会在2008年发表，但是似乎从网页上的pdf文档看，黄教授似乎和上海财大无关啊，连acknowledgement都没有。我们在等等看，会不会在正式刊出的时候加上去呢。。。虽然概率较小啦。

本来是不想说这些的，因为这对上财似乎不公平，因为全国的高校都发生了类似的事情。
请看Cornell大学的Ming Huang的网页：我看了一下照片，显然和金融学院院长黄明是同一个人。

再看Ming Huang 的个人Vita（下有连接，pdf版本），2008年二月更新的（请看pdf文件的首页右上角），与中国相关的，只有2004-05年在北京的一个商学院当访问教授和副院长。如果他确实是上财的院长，应该会写2006-now之类的吧？！

再联想起他的那篇AER forthcoming文章上没有上财的名称也似乎不是偶然或者笔误吧？
在网站上搞个网页，下个聘书当然很容易，但是真要别人把你当那么一回事，是比较难的，尤其像他那种牛人。估计除了拿个聘书，回来度度假拿拿钱，顶多做几场学术报告，应该不会有其他的什么交流了吧。做院长负责管理工作？恐怕不可能吧。（不过话说回来，像他这样的人，如果钱不是特别多的话，是不会吸引他注意的，除非是碍于面子，挂个名，这也是可能的。）
话说回来，国内高校这种情况多了去了。在这儿找上财说事，也太不公平了。几年前，就已经有教授在骂从海外来的特聘教授们在国内光拿钱不干活的，引起大论战。大家应该还记得吧。
顺便说一句，我在国外，对上财没有任何恩怨，只不过看了上财有这么多顶级文章，动了好奇心而已。不会多说啦。就此打住。
这就是问题！
如果他们真是受聘为财大的教授，在聘期内发表的文章就应该署名上海财大。
高校为了提高研究水平，花钱买什么？其实就是买署名单位！没有这个，花多少钱，国际上也不承认的。
