Is a staff (non-managerial employee) salary report in detail.
From its complex status,
it shouldn't come from finance department which is not responsible for payroll calculation.
You may ask your supervisor or responsible department about its calculation.
There is definitely irrational elements in your report, such as the sequence of your first 4 income taxes,
not to mention the structure itself.
In summary,
you need to ask the right person (definitely not us),
either your supervisor or any of the policymaker,
Or,
check your employee handbook yourself to figure it out.
