Since the question said that it is to help you understand the basics of premium calculation, I don't think this should be a difficult one. When apply the formula for each principle, determine the coefficients is the main problem, you can just chose some value between (0,1)

(1) net premium = E（LOSS), (2) 就是 (1)
(2) expected principle P=(1+\theta) E(X) , 需要给\theta 一个值
（3） SD principle P=E(X) + \alpha * SD(X)
