Our Intern Programme is geared towards high caliber graduates to place them in business and prepare them for our Bank development. As part of our Trainee Program, the Internship will provide those young graduates with the job opportunity, mentoring and professional development. Depending on where you are based, it lasts between two to six months and can be taken in one of business areas. Your internship period provides an opportunity to assess whether we are right for each other. If so, well seek to convert them into full time employees after their graduation or refer as recommended candidates of our Trainee Programme 2009. 

To qualify, you should be:

·          To obtain an honor degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines in 2009;

·          Highly passionate with banking industry and strong international business sense;

·          A team player with a strong desire to succeed and to make things happen;

·          Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills;

·          Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;

·          Be ready to start your career from hands-on tasks and to relocate within China on business need.
