空间面板数据分析demopanelscompare中 norm_rndmat 函数报错问题的解决

每次运行出错：
Undefined function or method 'norm_rndmat' for input arguments of type 'double'.


我也纠结了n天才解决的

问题的原因：肯定是缺少norm_rndmat函数导致的
我的台式电脑能顺利输出结果
但笔记本就卡在这个地方了

无法进行下去

我对matlab也不是太懂
help norm_rnd
能出来反馈信息
但
help norm_rndmat
同样出来完全一样反馈信息

后来，用命令
which norm_rndmat -all
发现两台电脑的区别
找到能输出结果的电脑里的norm_rndmat函数了
一比较才发现jplv7版本不同
有的版本缺少norm_rndmat 函数！
换一个全的jplv7即可
该函数的具体位置：在jplv7\spatial\sdm_models下面

所以，请出现此情况的同学看看是否缺少norm_rndmat 函数确认缺少该函数后再下载这个jplv7包
