GPE2 is an additional package written on Gauss, like the finance package used in S-Plus. It does not matter whether Gauss has GPE2 or not.

You need to find the licence for Gauss 6; try emule. Otherwise, I suggest it is easier to use Gauss 7, where decoded licence is provided. You can find it at 人大.
