Distribution-free 中文意思是 “分布无关”;moments 中文意思是 “矩”，分为 “中心矩” 与 “原点矩”;power 中文意思是指 矩的 “阶”。

翻译：分布无关 也就意味着 只有 demand（需求）的 前 2阶矩 是假定已知的。

moment  ：
