工作投入 应该翻译为 work engemament 也有写成 job engagement

work/job engagement多与 burnout 相对。而job involvemnt 被认为是job stress的一个来源。

job engagement 其实是不正确的，有这类文献，不错，但是多是母语非英语的学者写的。应为employee engagement.以下这段话摘自Fundamentals of Management : Essential Concepts and Application 9th edition.
Job involvement is the degree to which an employee identifies with his or her job, actively
participates in it, and considers his or her job performance important for self-worth.

A new concept associated with job attitudes generating widespread interest is employee
engagement,which happens when employees are connected to, satisfied with, and enthusiastic
about their jobs.Highly engaged employees are passionate about and deeply connected to their
work. Disengaged employees have essentially “checked out” and don’t care. They show up for
work, but have no energy or passion for it.
