关于最后一问由于是essay question，我就不写了哈，不过大意有3点，楼主自己展开吧
1. LE of high income > Le of low income
2. The effect of income on LE is stronger for low income people than for high income people
3. LE of low income people is more sensitive to change of income than LE of high income people
