说说我个人的理解把，关键是free这个词

这里proceeds from sales of stock应该是指公司发售本公司股票的收入

CFA教材里FCFE的定义大意是，公司经营中收入的现金流，在满足了公司固定资产投资的需求之后，可以供Share holder支配的部分

可以理解为，公司的收入在满足投资增产需求之后，可以向share holder派发的钱的上限(当然，实际上不会都发给share holder)

而proceeds from sales of stock这部分收入是属于share holder付给公司的，要全数归入common equity和additional paid in capital，本来就是share holder的钱，不“free”，所以不应当算在FCFE里

同理，借贷的收入也不能算在FCFF里，因为这部分钱对于bond holder而言，本来就是他们的，也不free

我的理解是算cfo的时候proceeds from sales of stock没有从net income中减去，所以在算fcff的时候也就不需要加上了，其实也就是减了一个又加了一个，不知道对么？
