个人回复：咨询了教授，在这里把答案分享给大家。说不定也会遇到相同问题。
CFA时候是不可以连的（我咨询了两个教授，但是感觉更权威一点，CFA不可以,这个是回复:
Modification indices should be addressed last, and only if all other options have been explored and only if model fit is not good enough. No need to optimize model fit. If it is good enough, you can stop there.）
做SEM时候可以连，这个连接也不是乱连接。有一定的要求。（如果有人这个不清楚也可以咨询我）。
