- - Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for proactively acquiring new business and providing differentiated service to new & existing premier customers in order to maximize profitability.
- Responsibilities include client prospecting, relationship building and maintenance through outstanding personalized services
- Achieve new business and customer acquisition goals
- Source and call on individual prospects as well as organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organizations within the assigned branch (es)
- - Relationship management of existing customers in accordance with established Relationship Management standards and contact model
- - Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition and retention
- To assist the Branch Sales & Services Manager to achieve the business targets set
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- - University graduate with at least 3 years of consumer banking sales and service experience, preferably with specialization in the affluent market segment
- - Good knowledge of banking products & services, equities markets, unit trusts and other personal investment services
- - Ability to comprehend and disseminate appropriate financial information to customers
- Good service attitude with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Possess new customer network channels
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Nature & pleasant personality, enjoy interacting with people
