pp.492, theorem 20.5，该定理是Euler定理的逆定理。但是，好像有问题。
Let x=( x1...xn).
欧拉定理：If f is homogeneous of degree k on the positive orthant, then x1*f1(x)+...+xn*fn(x)=k*f(x) for all x.
欧拉定理的逆定理：If x1*f1+...+xn*fn=k*f for all x on the positive orthant, then f is homogeneous of degree k.
当x1*f1+...+xn*fn=k*f的时候（fn表示对xn求偏导数），simon and blume 说该函数一定是k
次齐次函数。事实上，假设f是m次齐次，m完全可以不等于k。
证明：因为x1*f1+...+xn*fn=k*f，将x换成tx，则f(tx)=tm *f(x) and
t*x1*f1(tx)+...+t*xn*fn(tx)=k*tm*f(x)
==>
x1*f1(x)+...+xn*fn(x)=k*f(x)
说明m次齐次也是可以的。而且m和k无关。
