Abstract: The study of Das Kapital needs simultaneous development and use of multi subjects, so we can not limit it to historical events itself or to hermeneutics. “Representing of Das Kapital” has the great epoch significance, but the work connotation still need to be paid attention, which means correct path is based on the development and creative transformation of “representation” that not only faces the subject but is very rich in the national characteristics, so as to ascend to the height of methodology construction. What is needed in the contemporary age is not “back to Marx”, but the consistency of original appearance of Marx's works which seeks the spiritual essence between “today's text” and “Marx's text”. In view of this, the dialectics of Das Kapital stays in the practical state, and has three internal cognitive dimensions including the working logic of genesis, critique of political economy and two-fold character of labor. All the work focuses on “critique of political economy”, and finally, it completes the locking of “identity” of the subtitle of Das Kapital by discipline method. Marx's extraordinary work provides a rich source of material for the subject of thinking, as well as an annotation of another meaning of the dialectical thinking.
