　　在经济全球化的的背景下，金融创新日新月异。中国加快了融入国际金融的步伐，加强国际金融人力资源开发和能力建设的合作。培养具有国际视野懂得全球一致的业务规范，和取向统一的管理法规又能够把国情、特点与国际惯例结合起来。并能够从全球视角把握中国金融发展的国际化人才的需求日益迫切。
　　著名经济学家郎咸平教授深切关注着人才培养对中国经济发展的重要性，决定为有志投身研究经济学的莘莘学子提供进一步深造的机会，招募经济分析助理若干名，将由教授本人和助教亲自传教研究方法，并跟随最先进的团队进行项目研究。

　　职位要求：
　　1.应届毕业生或大学在读生，金融、会计、经济、工商管理、国际贸易专业；
　　2.在校学习成绩优秀，具备良好的专业素养，谦虚、勤奋、刻苦；
　　3.对经济、政策问题感兴趣，善于学习，并有良好的思考习惯；
　　4.中英文表达能力出色、有很强的英文阅读理解能力、沟通能力强；
　　5.具有团队合作精神、有较强的经济理论领悟能力、决策执行力。

       Please read the following instructions carefully before youstartthe written test (a breach of any instruction herebelow maydirectlyterminate the qualification of your application):

　　i.The first three and the last threequestions shall be answered,respectively, in English and Chinese withno more than ONE page (#12Times New Roman or 宋体, double space) foreach question. No appendix isallowed, and there shall be no extra pagefor the figures or tables.

　　ii.You are encouraged to refer to anynecessary reference, database,Internet resources, reports orstatistics in answering the questions.But it must be appropriatelyacknowledged. Even the use of a few wordsor paraphrasing (withoutactually copying any words at all) mayconstitute plagiarism if thesource is not acknowledged. We adopt apolicy of zero tolerance oncheating in the written test.

　　iii.You reserve the discretion of using anytheory or model you feelnecessary to illustrate your points. However,you are not required touse any econometric model or mathematicalfinance model by SAS, VBA, C,C++ or MATLAB in answering any question,and it might not be a plus. Youshould provide your code text if youuse any programming software. Youare not required to present the worksheet of financial statementanalysis nor the formulas, but pleaseclearly indicate the method(s) youuse to reach your conclusion. Foryour information, it is not advised tomake too many academic ortheoretical arguments.

　　iv.You are encouraged to formulate yourindependent and creative analysis,which might not necessarily beconsistent with any normative theory orthe related viewpoints wepreviously presented in the publication and TVprograms. But it has tobe backed by solid empirical evidence andrigorous analysis.

　　v. For the fairness ofthe recruitment, wewill not answer any inquiry from any candidate ifshe/he finds anydifficulty in understanding any question orrequirement.

　　（英文）从贸易不平衡、货币政策或财政政策等你认为合适的任何角度，总结并评论一下过去几年的澳元走势。
　　（中文）中国企业在收购澳大利亚资产之前，是否一定要通知澳大利亚有关监管当局？中国企业是否应该提交非正式审查？澳大利亚有关监管当局，是否有权对中国并购企业发出禁制令或处罚？
　　（英文）现在中国究竟是什么外汇管理制度？必须附带上一幅或更多的图表辅助你的回答，同时提供产生这个图表的excel数据文件
　　（中文）你更擅长对国有企业或者资源型行业分析，还是对民营企业研究，或者某几个特别的行业？结合你的经历，或者结合一两个上市公司的财务报表，试做回答。
　　（英文）你平时都关注什么英文的财经传媒？从那里选择一篇最近的报道，写一篇摘要，并评论其分析的精彩和不足之处。
　　（中文）你平时都读什么中文的财经传媒？从那里选择一篇最近的报道，写一篇摘要，并评论其分析的精彩和不足之处。

　　   每个问题的回答都限定在300字之内。
