tinytex包已经安装，
但在执行tinytex::install_tinytex( )提示：

看起来是https://github.com/yihui/tinytex/raw/master/tools/pkgs-custom.txt打不开，但是我用浏览器，这个网址是可以打开的。

在IE中把代理去掉，或是用上代理都不行，
有没有遇到过的，指导一下，谢谢了。
