有篇文章中有这样一段话：

a strong institutional presence: i.e. a large number of institutions of different kinds ( firms, financial institutions, local chambers of commerce, training agencies, trade associations, local authorities,.........) which can provide a basis for the growth of particular local practises and collective representations.

其中红色的是否是制度的意思？还是组织？

蓝色的应该是组织的意思吧？

很多文章中都看到这样的词语。那是否组织就是制度的一种？好像感觉应该是。不知道对不对？

有这么个词语，institutional thickness，我翻译成“制度厚度”，不知道对吗？
