GDP is the measure of the market value of all final goods and services produced within a country in a given period of time.
如果我买了一套房子，不是今年newly built的，那么我买它花的钱应该就不算入GDP了，根据定义中的Produced within a certain period  of time。
如果我自己已经有了一套房子，那么ZF一般会根据现行市场价格对我的房子的rental进行估计，然后核算入今年的GDP。
根据以上两种情况，如果今年建造的所有房子没有卖完，那么没有卖出的那部分是不是也要算出它们的rental然后核算入GDP呢？
