Details
The ODS CSVALL statement is part of the ODS markup family of statements. ODS statements in the markup family open the markup destination and produce output that is formatted using one of many different markup languages such as HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), XML (Extensible Markup Language), and LaTeX. You can specify a markup language that SAS supplies, or create one of your own and store it as a user-defined markup language.

刚看little sas book的9.6节，里面讲到了csvall:
The CSV output destination does not include titles or footnotes; if you want titles and footnotes to appear in the CSV file, then use the CSVALL output destination instead of CSV.
测试了一下，就是上面说的，csvall的output会输出包括标题、脚标在内的所有信息，而csv则不会包括这些信息。

csvall 是sas9新增的ODS对象传送目标，它的主要作用是把数据集或者分析结果导出到外部文件中（文件类型可以是各种各样的），变量值之间之间用逗号隔开，并且连同变量名和注释也同时输出。可以用PROC FSLIST FILE="外部文件的物理位置" 命令在sas中直接查看外部文件的内容。
下面举个自己用过的例子：
