最后我想说，Bourdieu的话是有道理的。

第二篇，《产业组织手册》里有，中英文版本都有，但是至今没有看到电子版。

第四篇，《资本主义经济制度》，商务印书馆2002年出版。

最后一篇，CENET网上有零星的章节。
