Department purchase for Faculty and Staff
SAS EAS Bundle Workstation and Server licenses for use by faculty or staff must be purchased with department funds. No personal payments accepted.
Department Order Instructions:
- Provide the following information to Software Distribution in the form of an email to products@berkeley.edu
- Contact name and department (use the same name that you used to register)
- Department Name
- UCB billing account number (BFS COA string)
- Type of license requested and quantities
- Operating System, include 32 or 64 bit)
- Price to be charged
- DO NOT SUBMIT OLD TSW ORDER FORMS

Yourorder will be processed after we receive the order with a valid billingaccount. Once the order has been processed the Primary Contact willreceive a confirmation email with the SID and instructions foractivating the license(s).
Note: Install files for v9.2 may be too large fordownload to some computers. You may purchase an install DVD listed onthe form or borrow one from Software Distribution at 2484 Shattuck Ave.Call 643-9725 for an appointment to check out the DVD. Please call toarrange an appointment to borrow the DVDs. The office is staffed with a50% variable schedule.
Student Purchases
UCBerkeley students may purchase a Student EAS Bundle Workstation Licenseby completing a CARS billing authorization form and a "home useagreement". Fax to 643-6201 or bring the forms to the Technology Storefor Departments located in MLK near the bookstore.
Student Order Instructions:

Afteryou have purchased a license for SAS through TAS, you will receive ane-mail with confirmation of your purchase and instructions on how todownload and install the SAS software bundle.
You maypurchase an install DVD listed on the form. Copies are also availableat the Software Distribution administrative offices located at 2484Shattuck Ave. Call 643-9725 for an appointment to check out the DVD.
UC Berkeley Extension Student Purchases
UCBerkeley Extension students may purchase a Student EAS BundleWorkstation License by completing a SAS Order form and a "home useagreement". Please complete and mail to 2484 Shattuck Ave. Berkeley, CA94720.
