Ture or false? why? (please be little detailed when answering why)

(1) Fast food chains like McDonald's, BurgerKing and wendy's operate all over the US. Therefore the market for fast food is a national market.

(2) People generally buy clothing in the city in which they live. Therefore there is a clothing market in, say, Atlanta that is distinct from the clothing market in Los Angeles.

(3) Some consumers strongly prefer Pepsi and some strongly prefer Coke. Therefore there is no single market for colas.

Thanks in advance. English or chinese answers are both fine.

This depends on the easiness of shiping clothes from one city to another. Since transportation cost is not that expensive, businessmen could easily ship clothes from one city to another whenever there is a difference in price. there are other factors but the one above already shows that markets in these 2 cities are not distinct.
