These two are not the same.
EBIT is earnings before income tax. Operating income + non-operating income - tax = net income.
Therefore, EBIT is net income + tax.
Non operating income = EBIT - Operating income.
There is another concept, EBITDA, earnings before income taxes, depreciation and amortization, which adds d&a back.

仁兄您的说法有点错误。首先EBIT是Earnings before interest and tax，通常可以约等于operating income，其次一般来说Non-operating income + EBIT（Operating income) + D&A = EBITDA

EBIT是息税前收入，可以包括OPERATING INCOME 和 NON-OPERATING INCOME，如果再把摊销和折旧加回来就是EBITDA。EBIT扣了利息再算税，扣掉税就是NI，NI再加减一些税后的特殊项就可以作为RE进权益了。
另外，各国各组织的会计准则都不一样，主观性太强，需要根据考试或者监管需要做判断。
