- To handle office administration work including telephone operator, filing, faxing, correspondence, and paper work.
- To handle outward TT/DD operation in accordance with the SAFE regulations.
- To assist counter team in providing outstanding customer service and pick up customer’s phone call & answer customer’s simple enquiries when counter staff is busy.
- To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service
- Always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report to superior.
Job requirements:
- University degree or above
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Be careful and quick to ensure the work is closely followed and completed in time
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of spoken English and PC knowledge
- Nice personality
- Be able to work under pressure
