SMC兼职项目助理（PTA）是一个为期半年、专为对管理咨询行业怀有浓厚兴趣的优秀人才设计的实习项目。你将与我们多元化的团队一起，直接参与战略策划、标杆比照、并购等各类西门子集团的商业项目。你将成为项目团队中重要的一员，负责收集和分析数据、开展访谈、向客户和团队进行项目陈述等多种工作。除了在项目过程中尽职的辅导，我们还将提供定期的专业培训，帮助你深入了解管理咨询，在毕业的时候成为一名潜在的合格助理顾问。

在整个实习项目中，SMC将密切的关注兼职项目助理的工作表现，对其中表现优异的成员在常规校园招聘之前提供提前面试的机会，成为西门子管理咨询的正式员工。

资质要求:
? 不限专业
? 大三本科生或者研二研究生优先
? 较强的分析能力和灵敏的商业洞察力
? 出色的沟通能力

Siemens Management Consulting (SMC) is Siemens\' internal strategic management consultancy. We are Siemens' think-tank that provides management consulting services to Siemens' three sectors - Industry, Energy and Healthcare. Compared with the leading external consulting firms, we focus not only on developing high-level strategies, but also on implementing solid plans and making change happen. In addition to delivering the best consulting service, SMC is fully committed to the development of Siemens' future management. We succeed in recruiting employees for Siemens from top universities, systematically developing them and transferring them to Siemens business units as general management..

Title of Position: Part-Time Assistant
Location: Beijing
Program Description:
SMC PTA program is a half-year internship program for over-performers who have strong interest in management consulting. We offer a great platform for you to work across various projects ranging from strategy, benchmarking, M&A, etc. in a multicultural environment. You will be an indispensible part of our team, gathering and analyzing data, handling interviews, and communicating effectively with both your client and your team. Also, our unique exposure to the industry, dedicated coaching and well-planned training will prepare you well for a qualified Associate Consultant at SMC upon your graduation.

In this program, SMC will track and record every PTA's performance, based on which we offer early interviews to qualified candidates before regular campus recruitment starts.

Qualifications:
? All majors are welcome
? Penultimate undergraduate or post-graduate students preferred
? Strong analytical skills and shrewd business sense
? Outstanding interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated and hard-working
? Excellent command of both English and Mandarin
