1. 埃克森美孚今年的校园招聘将提供什么职位呢？
我们提供的职位如下：
润滑油部门（Lubricants & Specialties）
  -- 物流与生产部门 （8名）

  -- 销售助理职位
  -- 客户服务职位（英语）

2. 填写申请表时需要使用中文还是英文？
请用英文填写简历申请表。

3. 最多可以同时申请多少个职位？申请提交之后能不能进行更正或调整？
您最多可以申请两个职位，申请提交之后系统不能支持更正或调整；请您了解职位详情，经过慎重考虑再申请。

4. 公司会不会主动向申请人提出调整目标职位的建议？
在筛选过程中，根据业务需求及申请情况，公司可能会在征得申请人口头同意的前提下，做比较有限的调整。

5. 简历投递的截止时间是什么时候？
我们的简历投递截止时间是10月25号，但宣讲会期间我们已经开始陆续筛选简历，所以为了避免您因为投递时间过晚而错过我们的筛选时间，我们建议您尽早投递简历。

6. 客户服务代表 (Customer Service Representatives) 主要处理什么工作？
CSR主要处理销售后期从销售订单确认到回款的跟进工作。它不同于销售代表，CSR主要以电话和电邮与客户沟通，解答疑问，处理投诉，与物流同事合作安排货物运输，跟踪货物达到和提示销售同事按时收回货款。

7. 如果没有收到面试邀请，有没有可能得到面试机会？
我们会通过中华英才网，以电话和邮件邀请的方式，通知通过英文测试的申请人参加第一轮及第二轮的现场面试。对于没有接到面试邀请的申请人，我们不予面试。

8. 收到现场面试邀请但是时间上没有办法安排，怎么处理？
我们在网上预先公布了每个部门具体的面试日期；收到面试邀请后，申请人一旦发现时间上无法安排，请第一时间跟中华英才网做事先沟通，中华英才网会在可能的范围内作小幅调整。
