在罗默的高宏的术语对照表发现这个词，正文中找不到出处 ，百度也不知道什么意思，刚好有个文献提到这个函数，不知道有没有同学知道具体的含义呢？这段文献如下：“The ICC determines an expropriation point, namely, the domestic country will expropriate foreign capital and go to autarky if the life-time utility of doing so, V(kdt + kft), is larger than the life-time utility under the non-expropriation strategy.”    大意是消费-收入线（ICC）决定着没收点，当实值函数V(内资+外资)大于无没收策略下终生效用的时候，国内经济就会没收外资并且达到自给自足状态。   
     这里  Kdt 和Kft分别表示内外资。
     不知道有没有朋友帮我解释下  这个V（N）怎么理解   谢谢
