4 摘要

Abstract: This article analyzes the economic impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, and puts forward with five basic insights concerning the degree of the impact, its duration, its key areas, and its quantitative calculation, among other aspects. The article holds that it is necessary to have a more objective understanding and judgement of how the virus affects the economy, particularly GDP growth for 2020Q1 and the entire year. Only on the basis of reasonable analysis can we better grasp measures required to cope with the economic impact, combined with more targeted policy launch and adjustment, so as to speed economic recovery to its normal level.

有关新冠肺炎疫情经济影响的5个常识

摘要：本文对新冠肺炎疫情所产生的经济影响展开分析，分别从影响的程度、影响的持续性、影响的关键领域和影响的量化计算等方面提出了有关新冠肺炎疫情经济影响的5个常识。本文认为，要对疫情带来的经济影响，特别是今年第一季度以及全年GDP增长的影响，进行更为客观的认识和更加科学的判断。只有在理性分析的基础上，才能更好地把握应对疫情经济影响的各项举措，才能更有针对性地出台和调整相关政策，推动经济增长尽快恢复到正常水平。

张军：复旦大学经济学院院长，“当代中国经济”特聘教授，教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地“中国社会主义市场经济研究中心”主任，《世界经济文汇》主编，国务院特殊津贴获得者并曾入选中国人事部“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”。曾在伦敦经济学院、剑桥大学、牛津大学、哈佛大学、耶鲁大学以及联合国大学经济发展研究院(UNU-WIDER)等从事讲学和研究工作，并曾参与世界银行、福特基金会、英国文化委员会以及欧盟、南非等研究与咨询项目，在中国的工业改革、经济转型和增长等领域的研究享有声誉，是当今中国有影响的经济学家之一，也是国际上十分活跃的中国经济学家。
