Our Management Trainee (mainland) programme recruits high-caliber career starters and offers them extensive business exposures and a chance to grow with the Group. It is an attachment program leads to professional and supervisory positions upon completion and further advancement to managerial positions subject to outstanding performance and capability.
Requirements
We are looking for high-caliber final year students or recent graduates from mainland and overseas universities who possess the following qualities:
Bachelor's degree or above (All disciplines are welcome but specific disciplines are preferred depending on the functions)
Proven English proficiency
Good communication skills
Outgoing personality and ability to learn fast
High initiative and strong will to win and succeed
In the 12-month program, the trainees are provided with various learning opportunities to gain all-round exposure. An intensive orientation program is arranged for the trainees at the beginning of the program to facilitate their thorough comprehension of the corporate business scope and the operations of the host department. Classroom & experiential training, on-the-job coaching, cross-departmental attachment training and action learning project are offered for trainees to develop their management and functional competence. Throughout the program, the top management, managers of business departments, human resources and training staff will provide guidance and coaching to trainees to facilitate their learning and help them develop their potentials. * Hong Kong attachments could be from three to ten months or divided into alternating assignments in Hong Kong and on the mainland, depending on the host department's requirements.
