All S.E are so high indicating serious problems in your analysis. Before you can run your analysis, you'd better do some basic univariate analysis and pay attentions to the following issues:
1. Based on your dependent variable (0: 25 observations; 1: 55 observations), you'd better not put more than 3 predictors in your final model.
2. It seems that your treat all your predictors as continuous variable. You'd better run frequency analysis of each question to see whether answers to them are highly skewed to one leverl such as 5. If that's the case, you'd better treat your predictors as catigorical variable and combine some of the levels
3. run basic univaraibe analysis by your dependent variable, based on this and your professional knowledge, determine which variables you'd like to put in your final model
4. Check multicollinicarity when your run your final model
