书上说 PED(price elastic of demand)=1的时候  
无论价格升或是降   total expending都不变   
书上的解释是  if quantity demanded rise 1 per cent when rhe price falls 1 per cent, total spending is unchanged.
但是这个明显不符合数学的逻辑    不管是假设此时的demand 是直线（ped不变）
还是不做为直线的假设，单纯的用导数求

ps：我们学校用的是david begg 的书  这个问题我很不解啊  特来求教
