【内容摘要】本文按照时间顺序，回顾了我国现代管理学及其研究方法的发展历程，按照标志性事件将我国管理学发展历程分为三个部分，分别概括了各个时期的管理学发展的特点和管理学研究方法的特征。并对未来我国管理学及其研究方法的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:This article
reviews the research of modern management methods and the development process in chronological order. The development process of management is divided into three parts according to landmark events, summarizes the characteristics of Management Development and Management Research method of various periods. And the future of management development and research methods were discussed.
