stuff 这个单词是“东西”的意思 know one's stuff 不要理解为是“知道某人的东西”，这其实表达的是“某人精通自己的领域业务”，十分专业的意思。If you say that someone knows their stuff, you mean that they are good at doing something because they know a lot about it.
